2. GROUNDS FOR A TRANSFER DISPUTE
A transfer dispute may be initiated by a registrar if they believe a transfer was performed in violation of ICANN's Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy (IRTP). Common grounds include:
- Fraudulent Transfer: A transfer initiated without the registrant's consent.
- Invalid Auth-Code: The authorization code used was incorrect or obtained improperly.
